Nutrition made easy. FREE nutrition class held at Rejuvenate Wellness Center (formerly Rejuvenada) in San Marco on Wednesday, February 4th. Class begins at 6:30pm. Learn some major easy to follow nutritional secrets that Felicia has used for years to achieve optimal health and to lose weight which does not involve counting calories. The lecture will comprise of Western nutritional guidelines from an Oriental Medicine standpoint that tailors nutritional advice for each individual’s needs.
