Probiotics For Health

So everyone knows by now that antibiotics should be a last resort especially with all the virus mutations which are becoming immune to certain antibiotics. Well if you absolutely have to take antibiotics what you should also be taking are probiotics. Antibiotics kill ALL of your intestinal flora which is part of your immunity. Some of that flora or bacteria is good, beneficial bacteria that you need to stay healthy. Therefore you should take a dose of probiotics about an hour after taking your antibiotics in order to maintain some beneficial bacteria. This beneficial bacteria helps eat bad bacteria...what the antibiotics are trying to kill. You need to take a multiple strain probiotic like PB8 in order to defend yourself against the multiple strains of bad bacteria. You can find probiotics at your local health food store.

Probiotics are safe and can be taken every day for optimal immunity and health. And Ladies, taking probiotics (when taking antibiotics for UTI's) will guard you against yeast infections.
